LiM – Lasers in Manufacturing is the perfect platform for efficient knowledge transfer in the field of laser technology and related applications. The LiM conference is organized by the German Scientific Society for Lasers and Photonics (WLT).
The LiM conference is devoted to scientific presentations on the latest research results. Following the common code of good scientific practice, the presentations shall be complete, comprehensible, and verifiable. All contributions for the LiM will undergo a review process by the Scientific Committee.
The LiM conference focuses on the latest developments as well as future trends in the field of laser materials processing. The conference topics address everyone who is interested in the potential of lasers in manufacturing, in theory and application.
It is the aim of the LiM conference to bring together international experts from research and industry, in order to match scientific advances and economic needs for mutual benefit.
The LiM conference is a part of the World of Photonics Congress 2027 and is co-located to LASER World of PHOTONICS, the world's leading trade fair and congress for components, systems and applications of photonics.
We invite you to join the LiM conference and be a part of our international community sharing ideas in inspiring talks and discussions.
